Run MultiQC on a directory and save the report to the output directory.

Parameters:

  • input_dir (str | Path) -- Path to the directory containing QC reports (e.g., FastQC, Samtools outputs).

  • output_dir (str | Path) -- Path to the directory where MultiQC reports should be saved.
